Counts Up!
A definite upward trend:

12/07 2 8.3 24.3 28
06/08 2.1 8.6 26
07/08 2.3 9.1 32
11/08 2.4 9.9 28.4 30
I stopped paying attention to counts several years ago figuring it was a lost cause but even my feeble brain can see this is on a positive trend. If it was a stock, I'd be buying HGB on the uptrend.
